Quinlan's Villa is superbly located in the leafy glades and wide boulevards of Calabay Parc, less than 8 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this elegant vacation home is perfect for larger family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests in spacious comfort, and licensed for up to 12 guests. For the keen Golfer there are 4 Golf Courses close by.
Quinlan's Villa has a bright and spacious family room which is furnished with a sumptuous sofa, love seat and chair to relax in during the day or evening. This room comes complete with a coffee table and occasional tables, entertainment center with a cable TV and DVD player.
The family room leads out to the shaded lanai and pool-side dining area, with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining in the evenings. During the day you and your guests can enjoy our sun-drenched pool and deck area which has comfortable deck furnishings. The sparkling-clear pool and bubbling relaxing spa pool which is south facing has privacy fencing and overlooks conservation to the rear. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Dining in or out is easy at Quinlan's Villa. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack at our fully equipped kitchen off the family room, and choose to eat at either the breakfast nook, dining room, or out by the pool. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries nearby.
Sleeping at Quinlan's Villa is as luxurious as it gets. The ground floor master bedroom has a sleep-soft king-size bed. This large bedroom opens on to the lanai and pool area and comes complete with a dresser, TV and VCR, night stands with lamps, and a clock/radio alarm, plus a walk-in closet and master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a roman tub, step-in double shower and private toilet.
The second, upstairs master bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, dresser with TV, night stand, lamp, clock/radio/alarm, closet space and a master bathroom with a large walk-in closet, make-up area, mirrored vanity basin, step-in shower and private toilet.
There is a third full-size bedroom with ample closet and dresser space, which has private access to the downstairs family bathroom, with shower/bath, mirrored vanity basin and toilet.
The two twin bedrooms are perfect for the little ones or teenagers, both of which are themed. One has 2 twin beds, night-stand and lamp, dresser and closet space...while the other enjoys a "pyramid" bunk-bed with a full beneath and a twin bunk on top. Both share a 4th family bathroom.
The games room is equipped with Pool Table, Ice Hockey Table and electronic Dartboard Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required.
