Calabay Parc is the ideal place to stay for your holiday, with stunning, tropical gardens and stylish, executive villas. Our beautiful villa is only around 12 minutes from Disney's main gate and just over an hour away from Florida's West and East coast beaches.

2 beautiful Master Bedrooms (en-suite):each with King Size (UK) beds and pool access doors. Large walk in closets to house all those clothes you buy in the Shopping Malls! Cable televisions in both rooms. I pod dock and speaker in Master 1.
2 Twin-bedded rooms: with shared bathroom and large closets. Cable television in both rooms.
3 Bathrooms: all with showers and vanity units, two with bath tubs. Hairdryers are provided.
Large Family Room: beautifully furnished with a comfortable suite consisting of a sofa bed and further sofa and chair to seat all the family whilst watching your favourite DVD on the cable television. Stylish coffee table and lamp tables. Plenty of books to choose from, for your holiday reading. Patio doors overlook the pool and deck area.
Separate Dining room: formal dining for that special occasion, or for a family meal away from the television, or maybe a take away (delivered to your door), after all, you are on holiday!
Open Plan Kitchen: well equipped with light, bright units. Everything from a smoothie maker, coffee machine or dish washer to the large American fridge freezer and cooker. All plates, glasses and cookware included, plastic table ware for the pool area, and not forgetting the all important corkscrew!
Breakfast Area: ideal for a leisurely breakfast, located just off the kitchen and alongside the cushioned, bay window seat.
Laundry Room: equipped with large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
SOUTH FACING POOL: overlooking spacious lawns and pine trees. Water depth of 3 to 5 feet. Pool Heating can be purchased for £100 per week if required. Night time illumination.
Shady Lanai: relax beneath the cooling ceiling fan whilst eating or drinking al fresco, night or day, overlooking the crystal clear pool. Luxury pool furniture, including table, chairs, recliners and sun loungers.
FANTASTIC GAMES ROOM: Fully carpeted with pool table, table football ( foosball), air hockey and basket ball.

This fantastic family villa is fully air conditioned throughout. The family room and bedrooms are all fully carpeted. Bathrooms and kitchen areas have ceramic tiles.
Now with a new, friendly, caring Management Company who will ensure that our home is kept clean and in good order. Being on call all day and night, we have every confidence that our Guests will receive prompt responses should any unforeseen problems occur. Cots, Highchairs and BBQs can all be hired through our Management Company, ensuring that they will be in excellent condition for your arrival.
