One of the best villas to rent near Disney World, the villa is spacious, comfortable and wheelchair friendly as it has been modified to accommodate wheel chairs and has ramps at the entrances and a wheel in shower room off the Master bedroom (a wet wheel chair is provided).

It is a 5 bedrooms Luxury, double garaged, Villa with 2 double rooms on the ground floor on the ground floor and 2 twin and one double room on the upper floor,  The 3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The 2 twin bedded rooms share a bathroom.

The living area is open plan with a formal dining area, a lounge, breakfast table .and bar and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dish washer and all the necessary utensils and crockery for 12 people.

TV's are located in the lounge, the Master bedroom and the den with a DVD Player and a CD player in the lounge

Also available is a den with a TV and a bed settee, the perfect place for the children to play games.

Another quiet area is on the second floor. There is an arm chair and coffee table on the loft/ landing for anyone wanting to escape for a quiet read.

The laundry room has a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer with a further dryer available in the garage should it be needed.

Wireless internet is available.

Sun longers and chairs are  available on the pool deck, with an outdoor dining table.

There is a safety rail for easy access to the solar heated pool and steps to access the 6 person hot tub.

A BBQ is available (stored in the garage). This must be used outside the Pool Cage to comply with Florida County safety regulations.

Security

A burglar alarm system has been installed and a safe is available.

Additional costs

• Supplementary heating of the swimming pool if desired – the pool is solar heated and, in all probability this will only be needed in the winter Months. ($25 per day with a minimum of 4 days making a total cost of $100 for 4 days.

• The use of the hot tub if desired.  ($75 per week).

• A weekly maid service is available at a cost of $85 for a full clean without bed linen change and $95 for a full clean and change of bed linen. (this may vary)
