Master 'Palm' Bedroom Suite has private access to the lanai and swimming pool. The well-appointed room with a king size bed, TV, telephone and ceiling fan. The Master suite has a large walk-in closet and a spacious private en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet, his and hers vanity units , a big corner bath and a large shower cubicle. The Master Suite also houses a combination safe.
The Family Room is the central feature of Calabay Palms Villa looking out to the pool with wide 'alarmed' sliding door access to the lanai. The spacious room with high ceiling fan and windows looks up to a large galleried landing above. The family room is comfortably furnished with Sofa, Coffee and end tables to help you relax and enjoy your surroundings. It contains a 40” flatscreen ! HDTV with cable box, DVD player, VHS System and a Playstation 2 with games. Free Wireless Broadband Internet.
There is a fully equipped Kitchen, Breakfast Area and Kitchen Bar.There is also a Formal Dining Room. Separate Laundry Room with large washer and drier.
Each Bedroom has an ample built-in closet and a personal television. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between Second 'Leopard' Master and Twin 'Spongebob' Room.
On the opposite side of the galleried landing is Two More Twin Rooms 'Safari' and 'Giraffe' . These rooms also have ample built-in closets and televisions. There is also a cot in the 'Safari' room. A separate shared bathroom is between these rooms.
